An upscale residential development project in Pune with a potential revenue of ₹800 crore has been announced by Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE).

Off Bavdhan in south-west Pune, VANAHA Green is a 5-acre development with about 10 lakh square feet of marketable space. The 1,000-acre integrated township owned by the company includes the project.

The complex is close to IT parks like Hinjewadi, Mahalunge-Mann Hi-Tech City Park, Baner, and the National Highway connecting Mumbai and Bengaluru. Upcoming infrastructure projects—the new Metro Line 2 (Chandni Chowk to Viman Nagar), the planned six-lane Paud–Mahad corridor, a new eight-lane flyover on Chandni Chowk, and the 14-lane-wide Pune Ring Road—will "considerably add" value and accessibility for dwellers, said SPRE.
