Mumbai realty firm K Raheja Corp's subsidiary, KRC Queens Pvt Ltd, has bought 7.44 acres of land in Hinjewadi suburb's Mahalunge area near Pune's outskirts for ₹200 crore, as per property registration records obtained by CRE Matrix.

 

The property, earmarked for residential development, is a part of the notified integrated township project. According to the deal, the plot has a development potential of 1.51 lakh sq meters (16.28 lakh sq ft) and consequently a saleable area of approximately 17 lakh sq ft.

 

The documents reveal that the land was bought from Pune's Mahalunge Real Estate Developers Pvt Ltd by K Raheja Corp's subsidiary.

 

The deal was registered on July 21, 2025, with a stamp duty payment of ₹13.67 crore.

K Raheja Corp's latest Mumbai land transaction

K Raheja Corp, in January 2025, had agreed to buy 5.75 acres of land in Kandivali, Mumbai, for ₹466 crore, as per property registration papers made available to CRE Matrix.

 

Global E-Service Private Limited (previously The New Vinod Silk Mills) sold the land to developer K. Raheja's subsidiary, K. Raheja Corp Real Estate. The plot is on Ashok Chakravarty Road in Kandivali East, and the deal was executed on December 22, 2024. The firm acquired the land plot along with the building Vinod House.

 

Recent land transactions in the Pune realty market

In another land transaction in Pune's real estate sector, Godrej Properties, on June 2, 2025, said it had bought a 14-acre land block in the Kharadi-Wagholi region.

 

The firm will build a group housing project on the property with an available developable area of about 3.7 million square feet and a projected revenue potential of ₹4,200 crore.
