Vascon Engineers Limited has released the news that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Adani Infra (India) Limited to join hands as an execution partner under an Early Engagement Model for five years.

According to the disclosure, Vascon will have collaborative work with Adani on handpicked projects from the design phase to ensure complete integration of design and construction. Three projects amounting to approximately 13.15 million sq. ft. in Mumbai have already been earmarked under this model.

The firm also asserted that it plans to approach Adani on those projects that would be able to contribute another 30% of Vascon's turnover on a yearly basis. The performance and scope of the arrangement shall be looked at every year.

This alliance, as explained by Vascon, is a "leap towards something greater," being seen as a long-term strategic alliance that will be of immense value to both organizations.
