Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd, a real estate firm, on Tuesday (October 6) announced the launch of Mahindra Rivenza, a residential project spanning 13.46 acres in Baner Annex, Mahalunge, Pune, with an overall Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately 3,500 crore.

The development would have 1,236 units in Phase 1 with 2, 3 and 4 BHK residences. The project will offer amenities spanning over 2.65 lakh square feet, including a clubhouse of over 44,000 square feet and landscaped green spaces covering 9+ acres.

The resort will have a swimming pool with a sunken bar, giant swings, stargazing hammocks, a gymnasium, badminton courts, a squash court and a pickleball court. The development will also include cycling and jogging tracks, a library with glass roof and scenic views and a children’s play area.

Mahindra Rivenza is set to be a net-zero-waste development and is pre-certified Gold by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC).

Baner Annex is an emerging residential micro-market with good connectivity to major employment hubs like Hinjawadi and Baner IT hubs, Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and established social infrastructure, the company said.

It added that the area’s long-term growth potential is also expected to be further supported by ongoing and proposed infrastructure developments that will improve accessibility.
